Countdown to Go-Live - Deploying ERNI Daniella Sutton, Cancer Care Ontario It’s a recurring question asked of Ontario’s Access to Care (ATC) program at Cancer Care Ontario (CCO). How is ATC able to get already time-pressured ER clinicians and staff at more than 100 hospitals across the province to record and submit -- under rigorous deadlines -- volumes of accurate, timely information to meet stringent data quality standards? ATC’s deployment model has proven highly successful in four major wait time deployments in the past five years. Another provincial deployment phase by ATC reaches completion this May with an expansion of Ontario’s ER wait time program - Emergency Room National Ambulatory Initiative, or ERNI. This presentation will outline the components of ATC’s multifaceted deployment model in support of the ERNI.
